This MozRank & SEO Metrics Checker is currently running on estimated calculations. It’s designed to give you a quick, general read on MozRank, MozTrust, Domain Authority, Page Authority, and external link counts — using algorithmic analysis rather than a direct connection to Moz’s official paid API.

We’re working on deeper data integration over time. Until then, please don’t treat the numbers shown here as official Moz scores for real SEO decisions — use this tool to get a general sense of a domain’s standing, not an exact, verified figure.

What These Metrics Normally Measure

While this tool uses estimated calculations, the metrics it reports on are real, established SEO concepts:

MozRank (0-10) — measures link popularity and quality. Higher scores mean more authoritative links point to your site, similar in concept to Google’s original PageRank.

MozTrust (0-10) — measures trustworthiness based on links from trusted, well-established “seed” sites, rather than just raw link volume.

Domain Authority — a third-party score estimating how strong your domain is in search engines’ eyes (note: this is not a Google ranking factor, but a comparative metric created by Moz).

Page Authority — a similar score, but for the ranking potential of one specific page rather than your whole domain.

External Links — the count of outbound links pointing away from a page, useful for understanding a site’s link profile.

FAQ

Why does this tool show estimated metrics instead of official Moz data?
Official MozRank and MozTrust data requires a paid Moz API subscription. We calculate an algorithmic estimate instead so this tool stays free, but we’d rather be upfront that it’s an estimate than present numbers as if they’re pulled directly from Moz.

Is Domain Authority a Google ranking factor?
No. Domain Authority is a third-party metric created by Moz, not something Google uses directly in its ranking algorithm. It’s useful for comparing sites against each other, not as an absolute score.

When will live data be available?
We don’t have a fixed date yet, but we’re working on it. Check back, or use one of the tools listed above in the meantime.

Is this tool free?
Yes, with no signup required — it’s just not yet pulling live, official Moz data.
